TERM & CONDITIONS – CAR RENTAL SELF DRIVE
- Duration rental self-drive is 24-hours a day and overtime charge is IDR 10% per hour from basic price. More than 5 hrs will charge one day rental fee. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time.
- The renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or part of it, if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field etc.).
- The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter in contract
- It is not permitted to drive the car cross to Lembongan, Nusa Penida Island & outside Bali Island without approval of Transindo Company.
- An advance deposit is not needed to make a booking, and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time.
- All payments are to be paid in full, in cash upon handing over the car. Payment made in cash, US Dollars, Euro, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or can be converted to other major currencies up the vehicle upon signing car rental contract.
- Additional surcharges:
- High season period (Ied Mubarak / Lebaran 2 – 18 April 2024) IDR 75.000/12 hrs
- Peak season period (Christmas & New Years 20 Dec 2023 – 7 Jan 2025) IDR 100.000/12 hrs

DAMAGES & CHARGES
- Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the rental car including any damage, loss of the car or any part of it. The rental price listed does not include the cost of insurance claims.
- Accidents that result in damage to the vehicle, such as a scuffed or dented car due to the fault of the user, either intentionally or unintentionally. Then a fee of Rp. 400,000 for the cost of insurance claims per point (panel) of damage, only for cars that have minor accidents.
- The renter’s responsibility also includes damage caused by acts of nature such as hailstorms or falling trees.
- A major or severe accident that results in a car with a hole, the car can’t run, catches fire or breaks the glass caused by the negligence of the user, either intentionally or unintentionally. Then an insurance claim fee of Rp. 4,500,000 and rental costs during the time of vehicle repair, which is calculated according to the rental price per day of the vehicle undergoing repairs.
